​Sabino J Mendez has been studying martial arts for over 20 years. He has a black belt and instructor certification in ATA Taekwondo, Certified instructor in Jeet Kune Do and Filipino martial arts, Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do advance level 3 certification, Wing Chun, Mix Martial arts and Muay Thai experience. Sabino teaches martial arts at public schools to Kindergarten-8th graders. Sabino while living in Illinois was trained under Sifu Jho Moraga at Jho Boun Martial arts in New Lennox, IL. There Sabino learned Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, Mixed Martial Arts, Self defense, Kali, Muay Thai and Hapkido. Sabino was also attending Taekwondo classes in Plainfield, IL. Sabino at the ATA martial arts school was assisting and leading classes there. As Sabino was living in IL and training he was also making trips to Tucson, AZ where he was training with Sifu Kirby Tucker of Absolute Self Defense Solutions. Sabino now resides in Tucson, AZ where he is now a certified instructor under Sifu Kirby Tucker and assists his instruction in reality Self Defense.
